Training represents a continuous effort to improve employee proficiency and therefore strengthen an organisation’s performance.
At Graham A Brown & Associates, one of our core functions lies in transferring our vast knowledge of environment, WHS and quality to your staff. We impart skills and understanding in these areas enabling your team to carry out your policies and procedures with competence, including the Intelex software program.
What we do
We provide training to both individuals and organisations. Our public courses allow individuals to gain environmental auditing qualifications, while our customised in-house EHSQ and Intelex training programs are designed to align with our clients’ organisational needs. Over the years we have developed many short courses and training modules, as well as handbooks and procedure documents, which together provide a wide spectrum of training tools.
How we work
Our aim is to share our expertise through interactive, hands-on learning. We want to ensure that what you learn with us is practical and can be applied effectively in your workplace. Using a range of methods including face-to-face and internet learning, our training packages have something to offer every staff or board member from workplace to executive level.
Our training materials are developed in line with the Standards Australia handbook HB 249-2000, Managing and Delivering Technical Training.
We provide Intelex training on each of the configured applications, system administration, configurable reports, dashboards & scorecards, and home pages pertaining to the customer’s applications. See also our Intelex Training Page.
Who we work with
Our trainers are practising consultants who have worked in a range of industries such as IT, mining, manufacturing, retail, commercial and government operations including ports and airports. Subsequently, we provide practical knowledge and examples that you can apply in your workplace.
