Robyn Laurenson

Robyn established Graham A Brown & Associates with Graham in 1986. In 1994, Robyn joined as Business Manager. In this role she has established valuable management processes including managing and expanding the client base, managing contracts, examining and adjusting costs, expanding the marketing program and educating and supporting staff. One of her key objectives is to ensure we provide clients with a timely, quality product that meets their expectations.

Robyn has over 25 years’ experience in a wide array of sectors including banking, mining, catering, hospitality and environment; this allows her to successfully work alongside clients in many industries. She holds a Masters Degree in Hospitality Management, a Graduate Diploma in Training & Development and a Diploma in Environmental Management (Environmental Awareness & Compliance).

Robyn has an extensive knowledge of management processes, auditing and audit protocol development. She is proficient in organisational behaviour and reporting processes. Robyn has also planned and supervised community relations projects Laos, United Arab Emirates, Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Australia and New Zealand.

Robyn is the focus of our training development and delivery team, having developed a range of 2-hour to 5-day programs including our Environmental Auditor Certification Workshop (EACW), certified by RABQSA Australia. A recognised assessor, Robyn has assessed training participants in numerous training workshops using a structured documentation process. She has travelled extensively both within Australia and internationally to deliver a range of training workshops for governmental, industrial and commercial clients.

In 2002, Robyn was recognised for her personal contribution to industry as a finalist in the Woman of Enterprise Awards.
