Cancellation Policy - Training Workshops

If a delegate is unable to attend a workshop, a substitute delegate is always welcome. Alternatively, provided we are notified in writing or by fax seven full days before the commencement of the workshop, we will refund your registration fee, less a 15% service charge. Regrettably, no refunds will be made if less than seven days notice of cancellation is given. Graham A Brown & Associates reserve the right to subsitiute the presenter or change the content of a workshop at any time without notice.
