EQHS Software Solutions

Challenge: Provide a management system software solution capable of managing environment, safety and quality systems across multiple sites in multiple Australian jurisdictions.

Strategy: Graham A Brown & Associates partnered with Industrial Galvanizers in 2007 to implement the Intelex Performance Management System across their Australian operations. Piloted at the Hexham site in NSW for six months GABA assisted by providing system mentoring, user training on system setup, population and usage as well as initial population services and import of data from legacy systems. The Intelex web-based EQHS system is now rolled out across sites in QLD, WA, VIC and TAS and allows the corporate systems manager to effectively coordinate system action, performance and reporting across the group. Partnered with our user support and update services, the Intelex system will ensure Industrial Galvanizers are positioned to not only maintain but continually improve their management systems.

Results: A web-based EQHS solution which assists the organisation to manage the complex compliance and system requirements across the three management systems, provides key task tracking and provides comprehensive real-time management reports on system conformance at the touch of a button.

Follow-up: Graham A Brown & Associates continue to provide Industrial Galvanizers with software training for new and existing users, as well as Phase One Environmental Site Assessments/Audits and Due Diligence Training.
