This 2 day interactive training workshop will equip you with the processes to assess and report on your organisation’s energy usage and carbon footprint. The workshop provides practical, cutting edge information on the latest approaches to saving energy and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
The workshop covers Commonwealth and State legislative requirements (including the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Act 2007), international treaties (including the Kyoto Protocol) and standards for greenhouse gas reporting and energy management systems (including the GHG Protocol, ISO14064, ISO14065 and ISO/DIS50001 – the new international standard for energy management systems currently under development).
Upon completion of the course, participants will have a solid grasp on GHG measurement and reporting, and have the knowledge to develop an Energy Management System for their business. These skills will enable you to assist your organisation in reducing its corporate risk profile, developing a stronger corporate image, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and most importantly, improving the bottom line by achieving savings in energy and resource costs.

The Internal Auditor Workshop is a 2 day course designed for internal management system auditors. Covering Environmental and Safety Management Systems, the second day includes a practical audit led by one of our experienced certified auditors. This course can be run in one day by removing the practical audit exercise on day two.

Train the Environmental Trainer
Train the Environmental Trainer (TTT) is a one day training course designed for in house delivery. The aim of this workshop is to provide participants with the knowledge and confidence to conduct effective environmental training programs within the workplace. The TTT workshop is specifically designed for trainers that will be presenting the Graham A Brown & Associates Off-the-Shelf Environmental Training Modules. Participants are expected to have some knowledge of environmental issues within their workplace but are not required to have any prior training experience.
